What is the payment method?
Tulio accepts Credit Card Visa, MasterCard, After Pay, Bank Deposit, and PayPal.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Returns are generally processed within three days of receiving them, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once they have processed your Refund or Store Credit, you will receive a notification via email.
Please allow up to 3 days from receiving their refund notification email for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Can I exchange something?
The quickest way to receive your new items before they sell out in the size you need is to place a new order online and send back the original order. Once your return has been received they will process a refund.
OR
Use the returns form included with your order to request an exchange (or download a form here). Provided they have the item available, they will send it via standard post and the shipping is on them.
If you select Exchange on your Returns Form, they cannot guarantee that the size/style that you have requested will still be in stock by the time they receive and process your return.
If they do not have the item available they will issue a refund and notify you via email.
What is the international taxes and customs charges?
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
They suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
Tulio is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
