They want you to love your Mini Mioche purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with what you've ordered, they will gladly provide a store credit once they receive the item(s) back. Please note exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. They do not provide refunds.
To process an exchange, please contact them. Include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. They'll get back to you within 2 business days confirming the exchange and providing instructions on how to proceed. There is a 5% handling fee for managing exchanges. They do not provide return shipping labels, and you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to them.
If you would like to return an item but do not want to do an exchange, they will issue you a store credit by email once they receive the item(s) back.
All items returned must be in re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with the tags attached and the original packing slip/receipt.
All items purchased on sale are final sale.
