The events organized by a collaborator must follow the applicable regulations in their city on COVID-19 security measures, including maximum capacity and hygiene and disinfection measures for event spaces. If you have more questions, they recommend that you contact their partner directly.
How can I know if my plan's status has been affected by COVID-19?
Currently, the status of their events may be affected as part of the measures and restrictions adopted locally in relation to COVID-19. If the safety measures affect the event in any way, or there is any change, they will immediately send you a message to notify you and give you information according to the organiser's guidelines on what you should do next.
Can I choose another date/time for my Fever Original?
Some of their Fever Originals events can be exchanged for other dates of the same plan if you contact them at least 48 hours before the start of the event. For this, you must include the date you would like to exchange for and the associated ticket ID. One of their representatives will respond to your request as soon as possible with the next steps that you must follow.
Can I filter plans?
Yes, with Fever App it is very easy to find the events that best suit you. In the menu section "For you", click on "Filters". This is where you can select specific areas of your city, date and categories; Once the options that best suit your needs have been selected and the filters applied, they will show you the events and plans that suit your search.
